Kathleen  (formerly Kathleen Beard), Broker has been licensed in California Real Estate since 1977.  Kathleen became one of the top agents in Orange County for residential sales.   Kathleen was one of the first females in the nation to work on large commercial projects for Fortune 500 companies in the 1980's.   After becoming the first female Sales Agent of the Year for Great Western Commercial Real Estate, she was hired by Grubb & Ellis as a commercial broker and George Elkins Commercial Real Estate in Beverly Hills, California. Kathleen established her own real estate company Old Pacific Realty in 1985.
